Leading offshore container and A60 module company OEG announce the recent delivery of a seventh specialist module to an existing multi-disciplinary engineering customer.

OEG’s module manufacturing facility in Dyce, Aberdeen has recently completed an onshore safe area container module within a tight timescale, which will be used for electrical testing purposes.

The repeat onshore module project was secured based on OEG’s excellent reputation for on-time delivery of earlier modules, which were of similar size and design.

The latest scope of work included the design and manufacture of a bespoke 10m x 3m x 3.9m insulated and lined safe area module to the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) structural code design.

David Hunter – Operations Director at OEG Offshore said, “OEG has successfully supported engineering sectors, not always associated with the oil and gas industry for many years from our base in Aberdeen, Scotland. We were delighted to work with our client once again delivering the latest module to their exact specifications. Our project and workshop teams’ commitment to quality, safety, and tight project schedules delivered a high standard of unit in only 16 weeks.

OEG has a 35-year track record in specialist custom-built container modules and has the expertise and capability to work closely with each customer to provide bespoke modular solutions for almost every application worldwide”.
Following the integration of customer free-issue equipment, the module will be delivered overseas.
